Banana & Buckwheat Pancakes

The easiest 4 ingredient recipe for waffles! They are absolutely delicious and you can top them with any fruit of your choice!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • In a food processor or a juicer, mix all the ingredients and mix well.
  • If you almonds are whole, first ground them separately and then mix.
  • Grease your waffle maker with coconut oil and start pouring the mixture to make waffles.
  • You can top it with anything, I top it with berries and coconut and some melted dark chocolate.
  • Enjoy x
