Banana & Choco Pancakes

PREP: 5 mins

COOK: 10 mins

SERVING: 6-8 pancakes

Stacked Pancakes drizzling with a luscious stream of melted chocolate and topped with berries, who wouldn't want to start their day this way?! It is one of my go to breakfast recipes because it is so easy and quick to make and they taste absolutely divine!

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 3/4 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/3 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or more if you prefer them sweeter)

Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, until it turns into a pancake like batter. If your batter is too thick, add more milk.
Place a non stick pan on medium flame, grease the pan with coconut oil and pour the batter in round pancake shapes. Make sure both sides have evenly cooked. Stack the pancakes on a plate and melt some dark chocolate to pour over them. Top with berries or any fruit of your choice. .
