The easiest recipe I have ever made are these little Coconut Millionaire Bites. It took me exactly 30 minutes to make it and serve. Its best if you are in a hurry or you have last minute guests arriving. They also look super cute and presentable when cut up. Enjoy making them and tag us when you make them xx
First mix all the base layer ingredients in a food processor and mix until it forms a sticky dough
Press the dough down in a loaf pan (I used a standard loaf baking dish but feel free to use any small baking tray)
Keep aside while you make the second layer. Mix all the ingredients for the middle layer into the same food processor and mix until a sticky mixture forms. It has to be sticky enough to roll into a ball.
Press the second layer down over the base and smoothen out with the back of a spoon or with your hands. Keep this in the freezer while you make the chocolate.
Melt the cacao butter over low flame in a pan and add the cacao powder and maple syrup and stir. Keep aside and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
Pour the chocolate layer over the middle layer and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
You can cut it into desired shapes and sizes and enjoy!.
